Modern, European feel, 1100 sq. foot, open concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The 2 bedrooms each have very comfortable Queen and king size beds and each room has a seating area. All linens are 100 percent cotton and non-allergic pillows and comforters. We pride ourselves, as being Eco friendly, all cleaning products are organic products and free of perfumes.

Amenities include: A large flat screen smart TV, Free Wi-Fi throughout, radiant heated tile floors, reverse osmosis filtered water, Coffee/tea, organic ½ n ½, full size European refrigerator, large wall oven, micro, dishwasher and induction cooktop. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve meals. An ironing board, iron and hair dryer are also available. There is a gas BBQ, outdoor seating and recycling and composting is available to all guests.

Guest House Rates

Mid week rate: Monday through Thursday $179
Weekend rate: $190
Special Events: $210

All rates are based on double occupancy, there will be a 15.00 charge, per person, per night with a maximum of 4 guests.

Red Pheasant Policies

Cancellation Policy:
For Non Event stays, a 30 day notice is required to cancel a reservation for a full refund, minus a 50.00 cancellation fee.
For Special Event stays, a 60 day notice is required to cancel a reservation for a full refund, minus a 50.00 cancellation fee.

Special Events: Mom’s/Dad’s weekend, Graduations, and all Games.

Longer stays are welcome, please contact host.

A lock box is attached to the right side of the door, which contains the key to the RPH. Each guest is given a 4-digit code to open the lockbox.

Pet and smoke-free environment.
